Over the years I have completed courses in
oil painting, jewellery making, photography, mixed mediums, life figure
sculpture, calligraphy and a Certificate in Arts. My love of the bush
and spiritual path came about after reading a book on Findhorn garden
(in Scotland), where a group of people work with nature spirits to create
a lush sub-tropical garden and it inspired me to create the spirit of
the wood I carve. Working in wood and clay gives me great joy and a spiritual
connection with the earth. I have also dabbled with painting (oils &
acrylics) and continued with my sketching and drawings. I have also had
experience with carving bone jewellery. For Forest Guardians, staffs and
wands in wood or commissioned work in clay, also calligraphy for all occasions.
