My name is Klare Kuolga and I am originally
from Papua New Guinea.
I was born under a bamboo birth tree in Kongara village and an Australian
couple adopted me.
My life journey has involved my existence of belonging to two cultures.
Today I am a professional musician, entertainer, songwriter and music
educator.
I launched my debut music cd titled “Bend Down a Little”(meaning
to humble yourself) which focuses on inspiring children and young people
with positive and inspiring messages for personal development and character
building.
My cd cover is a picture of a billum bag (meaning mothers womb) a traditional
Papua New Guinea made bag. The bird on the bag signifies paradise, the
eye in the wing signifies the third eye or spiritual eye and photo image
of myself signifies more spiritual than physical.
Our children are our greatest asset. What we teach them is a reflection
of ourselves. My vision is to use music as a catalyst to inspire young
people to make good choices in their lives towards world unity and peace.
